I'm currently using OBIEE 18.104.22.168.160119 on MS Windows 64 bit.
I was experiencing an issue with the RPD where new application roles were not synchronizing with the RPD identity manager, as described here:

I installed patch 22221772 on 22.214.171.124.0 and everything worked fine. Sync was working again on RPD. However, I upgraded to 126.96.36.199.160119 and during the installation process, Opatch asked to remove 22221772. Did that. I figure I can always install patch 22221772 back after I update.
Except I can't. I just tried using Opatch to put back 22221772.. I'm getting this error below.
To resolve patch conflicts please contact Oracle Support Services.
If you continue, patch(es) [ 22475251 ] will be rolled back and the new Patch
[ 22221772 ] will be installed.
Anyone have solutions to this? I would like to have both 22475251 and 22221772 installed. Is this possible?
