I have set the right preferences for pl/sql developer(version 7) - D:\oracle\product\10.2.0\client_1\BIN\oci.dll
When I try to logon, I get the following empty message error
What has to be done to rectify this error?
PL/SQL Developer is not an Oracle product.
I'd suggest you seek help from the publisher of that Product (https://www.allroundautomations.com/plsqldev.html) or a user forum dedicated to that product (PL/SQL Developer - Allround Automations forums)
