This is the production.
My apps user got locked the day before yesterday by unknown reason.
I unlocked the user ,then i restarted the apps services. Then yesterday,
the troubles started when no one can issue reports.
I have tried the solution above but it didn't work.
I am able to issue reports even though the the output post processor actual and target value are different.
I am wondering how is that possible. This is confusing.
