Why don't you clear the those user settings which are having the issues. Also does the same set of users (problematic one) having same behaviors across all the machines? Basically let's find out first whether it is machine specific or user specific issue.
You may try below too.
Manage --> Users --> Double click on User name --> Clear Settings.
Also, I suggest you to post this question in the FCM/ARM specific group so that right member may provide you valuable suggestions.
