    Various buttons and informational pop-ups don't work for a few ARM users


      A few ARM preparers at one company location get no response to button clicks and do not get informational pop-ups such as suggested value formats for a number (see attachment). Other users at the same location and all users at other locations do not have these problems. Also, the users having problems are able to work successfully on other desktops. I'm assuming that this is some problem with browser settings (all of the users, with or without problems, use IE 11).


      The local IT support claims that the browser settings are the same on all desktops and that no pop-up blockers are enabled. I've experimented on my own PC with changing various browser settings to see if I could create the same problem but have not had success.
