    cannot connect to the provider. Make sure it is running in the specified host/port. Error(12031)

      Hi,

       

      Users when accessing Smartview are receiving the below error after 5 Minutes.

      Could someone suggest any settings to get rid of this issue. We are on Essbase 111.1.2.4.009, APS 11.1.2.4.009.
