    Cannot login to BI Analytics after restarting BI Processes

      We have a delay of 10 to over 30 minutes from the time of restarting all BI Processes in Enterprise Manager and being able to successfully open an OBIEE Analytics session.  What could be causing this delay? Can it be minimized? Or can we monitor something to know when it will be available (besides trial and error and watching the hourglass spin)?

       

      We are using BI Apps and OBIEE 11.1.1.7
