I just signed up for the software in silicon cloud account, everything works fine. I have access to my virtual instances, however what isn't working at the moment is uploading a file to the internal NFS share.
according to this document the uploaded file should be available in /data
however it's not although I got a "file uploaded successfully" notification.
I can't see what I'm doing wrong here and why the file isn't there.
should the uploaded file be available immediately or does it usually take a few hours after uploading?
according to Support there was a problem with my ssh key! Now it's fixed and I can upload and download again
