internet explorer can't run oracle forms 11g

I'm going to test forms 11g with weblogic, so I created a Virtual machine, installed windows 7 ultimate , installed jdk 7 , installed weblogic 10.3, installed and configured forms 11g

at the beginning everything was working fine , I created sample form .fmb then I ran it, forms services started and the browser (IE) shows the form

after one week , (I continue in test ) while I was trying to run form as usual , internet explorer failed to run the form and appeared as empty page.

any help will be appreciated
