Re-using Logical Column in a different Level-Based Heirarchy

Dear Friends,

I have a Business Model with the structure as below.

The Dimension Table Products has three columns which are used in an Hierarchy 'Products'. And a couple of reports are designed based on this and are working fine.

Now, I have a Request which is a summary at customer level and has to breakdown into Product level. So, I tried to create another Hierarchy with Customer Name as Parent and 'Product category' as Child and so on, which the system is not supporting.

I could drag customer Name to Parent, but I couldn't drag the other columns into new Hierarchy as shown below.

Please suggest how to achieve this or any workaround for the solution.
