    'From' and 'Subject' fields are not auto populating in SRS Screen

      Hi Experts,

           While submitting the program from SRS screen, when we click on 'Delivery Options' > 'Mail' tab, we have a 'From' and 'Subject' fields which will be populated automatically when we place the cursor on 'From' field.

           For one of the user, it is not getting populated automatically. But, for many others, it is populating automatically

           We checked that in 'fnd_user' table, the email ID is populated and user is also active.

           Can anyone please help me on what may be the issue.
