Subject field also not populating?
Because, I checked with out email address at user form, in srs delivery options from is not populating but subject populating.
Then I gave email id at user form, then it's working fine.
Also just remove his email and again enter and save at user form and check st srs window.
As per the standard functionality, 'subject' will be populated only when 'From' is populated, as soon as we place the cursor on 'From' filed, both the 'From' and 'Subject' will be populated automatically. As far as my knowledge, if we place the cursor on 'Subject' field it won't populate (We already tried) as 'Subject' also contains the user Mail ID, which will get from 'From' field.

But in my case, when I click the subject field it's not populating, but when I click from field that time from is not coming but subject gets opulated.
We have instance name: Program Name: User name as subject.
As you said, we deleted mail id of user in user form and entered and saved again. Then in SRS window it is showing now
