Sorry can you explain the issue a bit more if its a multi period then the data export as 100,# is what to be expected.
The Problem is when i am importing the data it's throwing an error because of the # in the amount, is there any option where i can make '#' as '0'.
what version of Hyperion are you on (including patch level)?
Try to write a befImportScript and if the row contains #, replace with Blank, then import would work.
This one is for the dimension member mapping.
but i am getting the issue on Data(amount).
My version is PSU 126.96.36.199.200.
I tried the BeforeImport script, but when we are doing the Essbase to Essbase, Before Import can't change the values in the file.
BeforeImport will execute before the File Export.
Is it possible to load Multiple Periods Data From Essbase to Essbase.
I tried with single month which is working fine, but Multi Period is not working.
Did Anyone Tried or Loaded Multi Period from Essbase to Essbase.
For clarity in the instance you are mentioning one has to belief you mean 'multiple periods' in that in the data load rule screen when you execute the load rule you choose multiple periods.
In that case yes this feature appears to be working fine.
Tested on the FDMEE 188.8.131.52.100( can test 184.108.40.206.200 later but believe testing on this was done too) with data being only existing in certain periods, while #MISSING in other periods and the transfer works fine (ASO to ASO). The feature work without need for any type of special scripting.
The first thing you need to ensure is that you have adequately updated your Period mapping for the Application.
Also ensure that your source filters are adequately defined for the intersection of data you are looking to transfer over to the target ASO.
Let us know how you make out.
