Does Oracle HTTP server support TLS 1.1 or higher?

During a recent government IT system audit, we received scan issues with TLS 1.0.  We currently use WLS 10.3.6, and FMW 11.1.2.2 (Forms & Reports).  Can this configuration support TLS 1.1+?  If not does FMW 12.x.x.x support higher versions of TLS?

If this belongs in a different MOSC, please let me know.  I started with security, and this seemed the most promising subspace I could locate.
