[4.2EA1] clob fields not populated full text in view value

My example is just pulling sql_fulltext from gv$sql.  When it comes up, I double-click on the cell, hit the pencil to display the value.  However, it only displays the preview value and not the full value from the CLOB.  (or long, not sure which).
