The new search with data members looks good by highlighting the matches. But, if this means that we need to scroll down the list and look for matches (if the list is long), I would rather preferred to have the list reduced to show the matches only (the "signature" objects only) to avoid scrolling. Maybe "show matches only" could be offered as an option?
A side note: The outliner is available from the context menu only (it took a while before I discovered it). Why not make it available from the View menu?
As previous poster correctly noticed, it should be a tree and not a list. But then, if it is a tree, what constitutes a "filter" on a tree (as opposed to list)?

I have also been encountering issues with the legacy code outline.
I see there are benefits to the syntax tree for code analysis but when all I want to do is quick navigate through an existing packages I am really missing the old functionality!
Please can you bring back the old style "quick outline", it was working really well - almost as well as Toad
