Build Berkeley xml on Windows with mingw

    3320942

      Hello everybody,

I would like to build Berkeley db xml on windows with mingw, but when I launch the buildall command it does not work. I tried to use -x Compiler and -m makeCommand options and the process stops with fatal error: "sys/uio.h: No such file or directory".

My aim is to extend an application built on QtCreator so I can't use Visual Studio.

How can I fix this problem?

      Thanks for the help.

fatal error: "sys/uio.h: No such file or directory".

This is not a BDB .h file.  Maybe something being brought in by your application?

I would suggest you post this on a mingw forum and ask about it.   This error looks like there is a problem with an environment variable, or a path variable, or some include path, etc.   Someone who uses mingw on a frequent basis could probably answer this question pretty quickly.   Another possible approach would be to post something on stackoverflow.   Have you researched on google?

          hope this helps
