Get Support Identifier

player_potOct 12 2016 — edited Oct 12 2016

Hi!

I just downloaded and installed Oracle Solaris 11.3 from the ISO file. I would like to get a certificate in order to access Support.

1) Is it possible, for a limited time, to get it free?

2) The page for the support asks: "We need to connect your user account to a Support Identifier". In the guide, it is stated that "Your SI is included in the welcome letter sent from Oracle to the technical contact listed in your company's contract. This is a number similar to 13434354 that is associated with products you have licensed for support".

I don't have a contract and I did not receive any letter from Oracle. What can I do?

Thank you for having read,

Preston

Access to the support repository is not free. You need a valid support contract in order to have access to it.

This is one of the benefits of
