Thank you. This issue resolved. We checked that the certificate has expired for this invoking https external service and imported the latest and valid certificate into OSB server keystore and restart the servers.
Why exactly did you market you answer correct?
Thanks for the comment. I will keep in mind in later questions.
we are also getting the same error while invoking the HTTS OSB Web Service.
the client using the cert while invoking the https web servcie.
do we need the import the same cert into weblogic managed server keystores which client is using the cert and restart?
could you please hep to share the steps to import the certs.
Yes, you need to import the cert of the endpoint of teh service you used.
Similar Steps need to follow:
Step1: Get the cert in .crt format from the browser of the endpoint and place the file in below weblogic server lib path using Winscp
Note: Go to the below URl and convert the cer to crt file.(Der to PEM)
Step2: Change permission to 777 as below.
chmod 777 AskNowCert02022017.crt
Step3: Take the keystore backup as below
cp CustomSOAKeysTrust.jks CustomSOAKeysTrust.jks_BK10022017
Step4: Import cert in custom trust. Highlighted name need to be changed.
keytool -import -alias AskNowCert09022017 -trustcacerts -file AskNowCert02022017.crt -keystore CustomSOAKeysTrust.jks -storepass PasswordName
Step5: List the certs to check if the cert imported.
keytool -list -keystore CustomSOAKeysTrust.jks -storepass PasswordName
Step6: Do the same steps for server 2.
Step7: restart both OSB servers only one by one.
