Have you try just stopping your agent and listener? Then restart them and try to see if you'll get email after?

For some reason the agents that I run from the BI console (obiee 11g) can't send mails. The report works but doesn't send mail.
It was running until 11/1/2016 and stopped working the next day.

What did they install? I still can't confirm it.
11/3/2016: StuckThreadMaxTime parameter modification (from 600 to 1500). Restart managed weblogic bi_server1 (reason: "Warning" ThreadPool has stuck threads).
