    Agent works but doesn't send mail (OBIEE 11g)




      For some reason the agents that I run from the BI console (obiee 11g)  can't send mails. The report works but doesn't send mail.

      It was running until 11/1/2016 and stopped working the next day.


      I have already reviewed the following settings and files:


      - Scheduler logs (Agent.log):  I didn't find any errors in these logs. No errors in other logs.

      - Mail configuration: Logging into EM (Fusion Middleware Control) > coreapplication> Deployment> Mail> SMTP server - Port - email address of sender (it's ok)

      - Server configuration: checked /etc/postfix/main.cf (it's ok). The mailing service works (mails were received from the server without problems).

      - SMTP server: this was checked and mail sending is enabled.

      - Destination (recipient) mail configuration: Logging into BI Console configuration> Signed In As "My User"> My Account> 1) Delivery Options> Edit Device> Address / Number (it's ok)

      - Report size: Reports weigh less than 200 kb (I discard this is a size problem).

      - Modify instanceconfig.xml: SMTP_Port, SMTP_Server and Sender parameters are fine


      Any suggestions?

      On where could i look for some relevant logs?
