Binding a keyboard shortcut to the new "Add Cursor Above" and "Add Cursor Below" commands only works in the source code editor, and not in the SQL Worksheet editor.
On a related note adding a key binding for the new "Block Selection" command does not toggle that Block Selection mode. Only using the Edit->Block Select menu option toggles the mode.
