How to Configure Oracle HCM Module as Trusted Resource for OIM

We have to configure Oracle HCM module with our OIM because our client required the user will be created in Oracle HCM module and then it will auto create in OIM. actually we need to use Oracle HCM as Trusted resource.

My question is do i have to use any Connector or DB connector for this process.

kindly suggest me the best solution and also provide me the documents links.

I have also attached user creation process diagram.
