Is it possible to use OIM LDAP sync (with oid ) and oid connector in the same time?

I have a scenario where i have to use oim ldap sync with OID for OIM OAM integration , meanwhile i have to use oid connector to populate guid to fnd_user table for EBS SSO

so OIM will be integrated with OID , 1- using ldap sync 2- using OID connector

the case i face so far that i can't link oid account with oim account

current flow

1- user recon from source using DBAT

2- user created on oim and oid (through ldap sync )

3- i run oid sync job i expect that a new oid resource will be  created for the user but  no , no oid resource created

any help how to make this link did i miss any configuration

As per error, it's clear one of the zip file is corrupted. We have faced issue with oracle download in past.

This could be a issue with 7zip version as well.

Answer

I have resolved this. I was thinking all the downloads were same (like mirrors) and just download one file. I had to download all the 7 files as the VM is split into 7 files and unzip only .7z.001 file using 7z. This will unzip all the 7 files into one folder. VM is up and running.
