does is mandatory to include procedure into security.inclusionList for callable from browser?

Hi,

I am using the oracle apex 5.1 , oracle 11g standard edition and ORDS 3.0.8.

The issue I am facing is that not able to access procedure call from browser directly.

Is it mandatory to include that procedure into security.inclusionList of the ords default.xml ?

I am facing access denied issue for the google Oauth package s4sg_auth_pck developed by Richard Martens.

Please guide on this.

I have figure out it, but into plugin doesn't redirected to next page using apex_custom_auth.login procedure. But working fine if putting
owa_util.redirect_url and giving url of page 1.
