We have Refresh members option under target applications to update the members in each dimension manually.
is there any way to automate this step instead of manual click in FDMEE??

Start by opening the "Odbc driver returned and error" message and get the full message and post that one
Things working yesterday and not working today generally means something changed: you or somebody else maybe changed the analysis or something else in the system, yesterday you had a cache effect and didn't see if wasn't working at some point etc.
No need to lose time trying to figure out random reasons without the exact error message first.

"a general error" and nothing saying what kind of error it was !
Anything else useful if you look into the logs?
