PL/SQL Hierarchical Profiler DBMS_HPROF.analyze vs plshprof Utility

Hi,

I read the following page

When use Hierarchical Profiler which method should I use when analyze the results?

My second question is DBMS_HPROF.analyze or plshprof Utility are same? I mean they show the same results in different format right?
