BDB JE license

Hello

I notice that 7.3.7 carries an Apache License, Version 2.0 at the root (./LICENSE) of the distribution, but the Oracle site (Berkeley DB -> Learn More) still links to BDB-AGPL-License . Can you confirm which license applies?
