what web browser are you using? Have you tried another oracle supported browser?
Have you restarted services and try again?

Did you apply recommended fdmee performance tuning ..what is the current heap size for FDMEE web app. Increasing heap size will help.

I also have seen this issue with Microsoft SQL server. What database is being used ? Oracle Microsoft ?
The only help was attached FDMEE performance tuning guide. This guide will improve the performance by 20-30 % but not much..
You don’t have much options here. Oracle SR will not also not help. I raised Sev 1 SR when I had this issue. The only solution they gave me was FDMEE tuning guide.
FDMEE does not work well with SQL server ..
lets see if anyone on this forum has any other suggestions..

Does the issue occur in all your environments?
Other members have provided you documentation with tuning recommendations from Oracle. You may seek to apply those.
In addition you may want to revisit the patch sets for the versions you are on.
Folks on the board do not know your environment so the most efficient approach may be to involve Oracle Support to look at your environment or seek a consulting firm to come in an review your environment/installation.
Could not replicate such a behavior in the latest version of FDMEE 220.127.116.11.210 with SQL server.
