You did not state the version of Hyperion(including patch level).(e.g FDMEE 18.104.22.168.210,HFM 22.214.171.124.204)
Did you [Refresh} from the Target Application screen in Data Management?
Also you may want to use an account which has full Admin rights to the HFM application first.
1. FDMEE Version is: 126.96.36.199.210.012.
2. We tried refreshing the Target application. But is getting failed with same error message.
3. We are doing it from admin user id.
Is it an EPMA enabled target application, if so could it be related to "FDMEE Error: "Unable To Retrieve Members. Either The Target Is Unreachable Or You Do Not Have Permissions" (Doc ID 2080174.1)"
I have multiple interfaces associated with one of the Target Application having problem. So as suggested in Document shared, If I delete Account from target and created new one, will it affect the Data Load Mappings ?
When I tested deleting the account dimension from the target application and adding it back in by refreshing metadata the mappings were still there, saying that if you are going to delete anything make sure you have a backup and don't blame me if it didn't work the same as my test.

And before doing, I have tested it on another application. Mapping persists..
But still my problem is not yet resolved. I am still facing this issue for Account dimension only.
