Micros RES 5.5 - Workstation 620 & 650 IDN printing Issue?

It gives below Error - Unknown Unsupervised Abort Code StatusClass 16, StatusCode 254 Failure Sending
to Backup.

Also found
below Doc ID’s (2153710.1 \ 2153630.1) and tried didn’t helped.
