Can you provide the further details like Log file for this process or a workbench screenshot?
In which step of the ODi scenario is getting stack?
have you tried running a query using SQL developer?
in Launch GL load balances data in COMM_LOAD_BALANCES, and yes i have tried running it using Toad.
Also, i realized that the integration is running but it is taking too much time to load a few records, any suggestions?
you may have to adjust Array fetch size in ODI (data server setting)
seems legit, can you tell me please how can i change the array fetch size??
But the problem is i am integrating less than 500 row and it is taking too much time about a day to finish so it is a small amount of data, any suggestions?
you will need to run different tests to isolate the issue. What I will try:
1) Go to ODI, take the SQL query executed against the source database from Load Data Step
2) Run that SQL query from any SQL tool (SQL developer, Toad...)
3) Ask the DBA to monitor the query in the two executions (from FDMEE and from SQL tool) He should be able to see it.
Some more questions...
Are you pointing to a View or a table? where is the source database? different network than EPM system?
Are you using dblink? In ODI, which is the step taking 1 day (low level), is it Load Data?
Maybe delay in network?
Are you pointing to a View or a table? i am pointing to a table.
where is the source database? EBS (Oracle database)
different network than EPM system? Different network
Are you using dblink? JDBC connection
In ODI, which is the step taking 1 day (low level), is it Load Data? Yes
Maybe delay in network? i dont think so, because the execution of the query on Toad won't take more than 1 Second

you would need someone from your IT to look at this as there can be many reasons.
In Toad, are you using JDBC connection? I assume the JDBC connection is pointing to the EBS database direclty, right?
I would also try to reproduce the issue from a custom script to see if it's related to the FDMEE agent. So create a custom script which connects to the EBS database via JDBC a run the same query. You have instructions in the admin guide about how to connect to external database using JDBC
Yes yes i will try it and get back to you.
which was the problem?
