I have seen in documents where the values of predefined variable action can be set to "SEND", "SKIP" and "BACK". Is "abort" a valid option?
If I am using a eventsubprocess to catch all exceptions (business/system and recoverable), then how do I abort the instance if an exception occurs?
If I use action = "abort", the instance state still shows as "Running" in EM console - but the instance is no longer visible in workspace.
I think these are the only valid values. But I think for the abort you should use the Terminate event. That makes it excplicit in your BPMN model.
