          Hi,

Was it working good earlier? Is connection to SMTP and IMAP server good from concurrent manager where Mailer is configured?

You need to check workflow Mailer Log file that why Mailer was down. You can upload here :

Log file name can be found by running below query:

          SELECT fcp.logfile_name

          FROM fnd_concurrent_queues fcq, fnd_concurrent_processes fcp, fnd_lookup_values flkup

          WHERE concurrent_queue_name in ('WFMLRSVC','WFALSNRSVC')

          AND fcq.concurrent_queue_id = fcp.concurrent_queue_id

          AND fcq.application_id = fcp.queue_application_id

          AND flkup.lookup_code=fcp.process_status_code

          AND flkup.language='US'

          AND lookup_type ='CP_PROCESS_STATUS_CODE'

          AND meaning='Active';

          Regards,

          Rishu

              Hi James,

This looks to be Connection Issue from the Log file.

In the Workflow Configuration Page, Make sure that Outbound and Inbound server names are correct.

Please do the telnet test for IMAP/SMTP server by following below document:

11i - 12 How To Troubleshoot Java-based Workflow Notification Mailer (Doc ID 242941.1)

Point 8 A and 8 B in this document will give you steps.

Confirm if the telnet test was successful for both SMTP and IMAP Server.

              Regards,

              Rishu

                Hi Rishu,

Telnet for both smtp and imap is working fine... If it was a connection issue then how the workflow mailer started after bouncing.

                Regards,

                James
