- my_user exists ? seems it can not find that user.
The issue occurs only for AD users - native weblogic users like "Weblogic" works.
Yes - we are able to search for AD users inside the weblogic security realm - 'Users & Groups'.
Yes - 'my_user' exists in AD and am able to search this user in the weblogic security realm - BPM workspace for some reason is not able to.
Also configured the recommendations in Oracle Support note - 2164746.1 and issue still persists.
What is the order of the providers you have in your realm ?
Validate the providers control flag is selected to SUFFICIENT.
The AD authenticator provider is ordered as the first and is setup with control flag as SUFFICIENT.
Working with Oracle Support on this one and we are not yet able to determine the root cause. We are looking to build a new domain to see if the old domain/OPSS was corrupt.
