see Firmware Downloads and Release History for Oracle Server Systems for a list of systems and associated firmware downloads. You will need a MOS account to be able to download the firmware.

Thank you for your reply. I do have a MOS account and have visited that page. That page only has the firmware for the systems, but not for updating the ILOM. I'm looking specifically for the T5140. Thank you.

That is odd because I just updated my firmware from 7.4.9 to 7.4.10, and my ILOM version remained at 3.0.12.4. If I updated to the most current firmware SysFW 7.4.10.a, I would expect the ILOM version would be to the latest at 3.0.16. Am I missing something here? Thank you.

Hmm, interesting...
According to MOS note 1938100.1, patch 147310-12 delivers ILOM 3.0.16 and system firmware 7.4.8.a. But then, 147310-12 has been obsoleted by 147310-14, which delivers ILOM 3.0.12 and 7.4.10.a.
I don't have a good explanation for that. Maybe someone more familiar with the hardware can answer that.

The firmware cannot be obtained without a valid support contract / access to MOS.
