You are in the 10.1.5 apps environment. You need to create a link to the 11.2.0 env file.
[oracle@ebs ~]$ ln -s /u01/install/VISION/11.2.0/EBSDB_ebs.env EBSDB.env
[oracle@ebs ~]$ . EBSDB.env
[oracle@ebs ~]$ echo $ORACLE_HOME
[oracle@ebs ~]$ sqlplus "/as sysdba"
SQL*Plus: Release 220.127.116.11.0 Production on Sun May 28 15:46:41 2017
Copyright (c) 1982, 2013, Oracle. All rights reserved.
Oracle Database 11g Enterprise Edition Release 18.104.22.168.0 - 64bit Production
With the Partitioning, OLAP, Data Mining and Real Application Testing options
