Exclude a page from login security

Hi experts,

We're using Application Express 5.1.1.00.08, and we need to implement the typical "Forgotten password" scenario.


We'd like to publish a public page were users can register a forgotten password request (just enter an email address and a submit button).

How can we exclude this page from Apex security?

It appear the server closed the connection.
I would check the logs on the server.
