      Hi ALL,

      EBS R12.1.3

      OL6

      11gR1

All users encountered error  "Inactive No manager" when running concurrent programs/reports Capture.PNG

I also noticed that there is only one background FNDLIBR  process running.

      Capture2.PNG

      Actual processes are all 0?

      Capture3.PNG

Is the above error related to below autoconfig error of the database?

          Hi

Please check below note for db autoconfig issue

Running Autoconfig on DB Tier Errors With: Unsatisfiedlinkerror Exception Loading Native Library: Njni11 (Doc ID 1103163.1)

For concurrent issue, please check is your application listener up if not start the lsitener and start cm services

          adalnctl.sh start APPS_<SID name>

          Regards

            Hi,

Looks like we are addressing couple of issues.

            •     For DB Autoconfig issue, check. Better always apply latest patchset for your database.
            •     Unsatisfiedlinkerror Exception Loading Native Library: Njni11 (Doc ID 1103163.1)
            •     Check tnsping from Application Node.
            •     Shutdown all CMs. Kill any FND processes (ps -ef|grep FND)
            •     Run cmclean.sql (Non-Desctructive script. Need not worry.)
            •     adcmctl.sh start

If still not working give logs from <sid>.mgr in $APPLCSF/$APPLLOG or from Front End ICM logs.

            Thanks,
            Vishnu

              Thanks ALL,

              I will try that....brb

Actually when I try to apply (Doc ID 1103163.1)

It says the patch was already existing

But I still rerun it anyways and follow all the task as well as  > unzip -o appsutil.zip on db tier.

But still autoconfig on db tier displays > UnsatisfiedLinkError exception loading native library: njni11

              Please help...

              Kind regards,

Hi Vishnu, Michael, Kanda, Shaik, and ALL

I was able to resove > UnsatisfiedLinkError exception loading native library: njni11

By  changing value of database context file:

                  <JDK_TOP oa_var="s_jdktop"><ORACLE_HOME>/jdk/jre</JDK_TOP>

                  <JRE_TOP oa_var="s_jretop"><ORACLE_HOME>/jdk/jre</JRE_TOP>

Now my db autoconfig has no error

But still no ACTIVE MANAGER is shown.

Next step is to run CMCLEAN.sql. ....brb

Did you check whether manager were up and running . If managers are down, you can get this error.

                        Hi ALL,

                        The original issue is:

This EBS 12.1.3 instance is working good in RHEL6.5

Note that the database is 11.1.07

But when Migrated or Cloned to OL6.8 the issue "Inactive No Manager" arises.

We have a similar EBS 12.1.3  Instance which have no issues when migrated on the save server OL6.8

Can I compare which parameters between them is different?

                        Kind regards,

                            Hi,

                            I need the below:

                            hostname
                            grep -i two_task $CONTEXT_FILE
                            grep -i host $CONTEXT_FILE

                            grep -i s_cphost $CONTEXT_FILE
                            select host,domain,node_name from fnd_nodes where support_cp='Y';

                            select distinct(target_node) from fnd_concurrent_queues;

Are you using any Virtual Host Names?

                            Thanks,

                            Vishnu

                                Hi,

Looks like we have an exact hit.

Concurrent Processing - ICM log file shows 'CONC-SM TNS FAIL', 'Call to PingProcess failed', and/or 'Call to StopProcess failed' for FNDCPGSC/FNDOPP (Doc ID 1312632.1)

Follow the steps given in order. They have given multiple things.

                                  Is ICM running fine?

                                  ps -ef|grep FND|wc -l

                                  ps -ef|grep FNDSM

                                  ps -ef|grep CPMB

                                Thanks,

                                Vishnu

                                  Hi Vishnu,

                                  [appmoli@a6dd6a ~]$ ps -ef | grep FND|wc -l

                                  1

                                  [appmoli@a6dd6a ~]$ ps -ef | grep FNDSM

                                  appmoli   1257  1097  0 13:30 pts/0    00:00:00 grep FNDSM

                                  [appmoli@a6dd6a ~]$  ps -ef | grep CPMB

                                  appmoli   1300  1097  0 13:30 pts/0    00:00:00 grep CPMB

FND should be many, but it has only 1? and none for all others

I have done the tasks in Doc 1312632.1, but still error persist.

                                  Kind regards,

                                    Hello,

Thanks for the post in oracle communities. Can you bounce the server and start the application and check.

It seems you already explored and implemented all the possible action plan.

                                    Regards
