How can I change application icon? (Forms 12c)

I am starting Forms 12c application using standalone launcher (frmsal) and I have the following problem:

despite several tries I am not able to change the icon of the application (MDI Window) for custom one, instead I always have java cup of coffee

I tried to do this with icon=... param in formsweb.cfg, but no success. The title can be changed with webFormsTitle param or by seting the property in the mask, but with icon - no luck.
