is the partial indexing is not triggered after deployment . or triggered but sent zero records ??. if there are zero records make sure you are pointing to the correct repository in productcatalogoutputconfig.
and make sure that property is included as part of indexing from product-sku-outputconfig.xml.

Hi user ,
"/atg/commerce/endeca/index/EndecaScriptService There are no changes so skipping this step but returning success for performPartialUpdate" , - looks like the partialUpdate is invoked after the BCC deployment , but the changes are not picked .
1. As mentioned above , verify if the property is present in the ProductCatalogOutputConfig .
<storefront>/dyn/admin/nucleus/atg/commerce/search/ProductCatalogOutputConfig/?showProps=true lists all the properties that is listened for indexing .
2. Is the product categorization updated when you look for the product id in the ProductCatalogOutputConfig ?
3. Are none of the catalog changes reflected on autoindexing?Verify the Synchronization Invoker configuration changes you need to make for the deployments to be picked up . Refer oracle docs for autoIndexing .
The partial update was triggered but CAS Record Stores have zero records so partial updates were ignore on Endeca.
The property (product.displayName) was present in the ProductCatalogOutputConfig. Also the changes made its way over the the atg_store I validated the product changes in the ProductCatalog component. Also I queried the SRCH_UPDATE_QUEUE table and saw the change in the queue to be picked up.
What I found to be weird, was when I update the atg_store manually and kicked off a partial update CAS runs and populate the record stores. Also restarting the atg_store and doing a BCC deployment a Partial update gets kicked off and records are sent to Endeca. This happens only once, other times CAS isn't picking up the changes.
I hope this helps in stating what the problem is.
