It appears the server is taking longer to startup than the scripts are allowing. You can try increasing the timeouts as described below:

Does this mean my startup process will wait longer?
I thought I need to increase some java memory to make it start faster, than to set the timeout longer?
Currently the usual ending status is 3, but I know It will turn okay since after a while the "init" status will turn to "active"
But the status 3 is just not good to see as the overall status.
If this is timing out in a cloud instance or a virtual machine, you can improve the speed by increasing kernel entropy. Check values and resolve as shown below as root:
yum install rng-tools
# Add extra options here
EXTRAOPTIONS="-i -o /dev/random -r /dev/urandom -t 10 -W 2048"
service rngd start
chkconfig rngd on
Actually they are happening on local VMs and not necessarily on cloud.
