          Hi  Vivek

           

          try the belwo steps

           

          stop the services

          make sure that port used by the WLS Admin Server is free and no processes are running from your Patch file system via the following command

          $ netstat -a | grep 7001

          $ ps -eaf | grep 7001

           

          start the adadmin server on RUN filesystem

          try fs_clone again

                        FS_CLONE:  Port Failures Can be Caused by /etc/hosts and /etc/services

                        =======================================================

                         

                        Please CONFIRM your /etc/hosts uses the correct format for the Fully-Qualified-Name:

                         

                        Possible Errors:

                        [WARNING]: There could be issues while validating the ports used for

                        E-Business Suite instance against ports used

                        in /etc/services. Refer to the log file for more details.

                         

                        [WARNING]: Either some of the required entries in /etc/hosts file might be missing (e.g. localhost or hostname) OR

                        the file /etc/hosts could not be read.

                         

                        Resolution:  Change the /etc/hosts File: FullyQualifiedHostName MUST be

                                            first in the /etc/hosts  File:

                         

                         

                        From-Example:

                            managed servers listen ports are patch fs ports.PNG

                             

                            Please check on the above screenshot that all the listen ports are using patch file system ports.

                            If, setting to correct ports then, unable to open the application.
