Even as SYSADMIN, you can only view the logs of other users requests. Are you trying to hide even seeing the logs and concurrent request data of any other user? This would have to be a personalization.
Want to disable for users who do not have the SYSADMIN responsibility.
This issue occurred in Prod & UAT. But in DEV we do not have this.
Anyone please help on this issue.
Have you in the past maybe configured an RBAC instance set and granted it to all users?
Actualy we upgraded 11i to R12.2.5

Check grants enabled for fnd_concurrent_requests:
It might appear something like below grants
ECO Implementation Concurrent Request Grant
XDO Concurrent Request Security
IPM System Administration Concurrent Requests Grant
The issue can be resolved by end_dating these grants.
As the SYSADMIN user with “Functional Administrator”:
1. Under the default tab Security, enter the name for the grant “DEFAULT_ACCESS_VIEWREQ” and click Go.
2. Click the edit icon to change the Security Context of the grant to meet the requirements of the business.
3. Do the same for the other three grants.
I have changed following.
Functional Administrator --> Security --> Grants --> DEFAULT_ACCESS_VIEWREQ
Under 'Security Context',
Grantee Type --> Specific User
Grantee --> Given one of active user
And clicked on Apply.
Grant 'DEFAULT_ACCESS_VIEWREQ' has been updated successfully.
Still facing same issue.
Should I bounce Concurrent Manager?
