Are you sure the drill through region that has been created in Essbase matches exactly to what you have in the POV of the form.
You can view the drill through region through EAS console to check, if you can't see the drill through region in EAS then you can view it through MaxL
Thanks for the response.
I can see the same combination in the data form and in the drill through. I have also deleted all the data and all the drill region, reloaded the data for one period and I can see the drill through in Essbase, but there is no link in the data form.
Planning should automatically pick up any drill through regions that have been defined against the essbase database.
Let me take an example, I create the following drill through definition in EAS console.
I then create a form which covers the same POV as in the drill through region.
Jan shows as a drill through and not feb which matches the drill region.
I can also create an essbase connection in Smart View and retrieve on the same POV, change the cell styles to show drill through.
I demonstrated creating a drill through region manually, you should be able to create one and test.
Does it necessary to have the members from all the dimension in the drill through definition?
In my case, the drill through definition has only year, scenario, accounts, but no entities Not sure,if that could be an issue?
My example did not have members from all dimensions.
