IDCS: Integrating with Active Directory Federation Services (AD FS)

    BrunoBorges-Oracle

Oracle Identity Cloud Service provides out-of-the-box integration with SAML 2.0 identity providers (IdPs). This integration:

      • Works with federated Single Sign-On (SSO) solutions that are compatible with SAML 2.0 as an IdP. This includes Active Directory Federation Services (AD FS), Shibboleth Identity Provider, and Oracle Access Management (OAM).
      • Allows users to log into Oracle Identity Cloud Service using their own credentials from the Identity Provider.
      • Can force the IdP authentication for all users or offer the IdP authentication as an option (Login Chooser option).

To learn how IDCS can be integrated with AD FS, follow this tutorial

We are planning to use IDCS as a SSO solution for Oracle EBS R12.1 integrated with Webcenter.

1 Please let us know the solution document from Oracle to accomplish this solution.

2 What are all the components of the IDCS ( OAM, OID, OIF etc).

3 How can we use ADFS along with IDCS for SSO authentication of EBS.

4 How can we use ADFS along with IDCS for SSO authentication of Webcenter.

5 Can we have a SSO solution under IDCS using MSADFS for Oracle EBS R12.1 integrated with Oracle Webcenter .
