After my systems support staff upgrading our database from 18.104.22.168 to 22.214.171.124 I am unable to compile some of my package bodies using SQL Developer 126.96.36.199.089, Build 17.089.1709
However, I am able to compile the same package bodies using SQL Plus on the same database.
The errors I receive is Error: ORA-00603: ORACLE server session terminated by fatal errorORA-00600: internal error code, arguments: [kdtapc_1],,,,,,,,,,,
I also receive a popup stating that "Your database connection has been reset. Any pending transactions or session state has been lost"
Is this issue due to a security setting imposed during the DB upgrade that needs to be addressed by my systems staff, and if so, what setting should they check.
Check the db alert log. An ORA-600 will probably require your DBA's attention and they may likely need to open an SR with MOS.
