    Not Able to access CertView and some issues.




      Today me and my friend have completed a oracle certification. After the certification we opened Certview and i checked my result and forgot to logout. My friend also checked his result in my oracle account and got a error and we got locked out. Now when ever i try to open my account I'm getting blank screen. and for his account in Cert View it says that the Testing ID has been linked with my account. Will it be a problem now? I've raised a support ticket and I didn't get any mail or anything in reply from them.


      Now we both are not able to access the results or anything and both ID are locked to my accounts. Please give me a clarity on what will happen now and how many days will it take to fix it.
