If you export a single table, then just make sure to tick the Dependents check box, as in...
in order to get the DDL for tables which your table's foreign keys depend on. To export the actual data for those tables, you could then follow up which multiple table exports, one for each of those tables, or do a Tools > Database Export and select all desired tables to export them all in one go.
"Dependents" exports child tables, but does not exports the code for the foreign keys constraints.
You have to ALSO export the referential constraints. Advance once page in your export wizard, and check another box.
It'll grab just the constraints for the table(s) selected on the next page of the wizard.
