view concurrent request output/log error ORA-01013

    954736

Customer randomly met the Ora-01013 error when viewed concurrent request output/log.

It was very hard to reproduce this issue.

So customer  create a package to imitation front-end view concurrent output/log operation, then customer can reproduce this issue.

      Error message:

      ---------------------
Encountered Oracle error 1013 during authentication. (ERRMSG=ORA-01013: user requested cancel of current operation
      ORA-06512: at "APPS.FND_WEBFILEPUB", line 222
      ORA-06512: at line 1)

Did the customer follow EBS development guidelines when creating this limitation customization?  It appears that section of code from FND_WEBFILEPUB is selecting from FND_LOOKUP_VALUES where lookup_type = 'FND_ISO_CHARACTER_SET_MAP'.  Make sure the custom process has access to perform that operation.  What version of EBS is this?

            Hi,taylor

            Thank you for your update.

Customer can reproduce this issue using browse to open the concurrent output/log file (not call the customization package)

When customer try to open concurrent output/log 100 times, this issue will occur 1~2 times.

the error line is variables, such as line 136 or line 222 or line 203,but the package is same (FND_WEBFILEPUB).

The EBS version is R12.1.3 with DB 11.2.0.4.(it strange that EBS DB 11.2.0.2 works well, not meet this issue. customer met this issue after DB upgrade from 11.2.0.2 to 11.2.0.4 )

            Regards

            Gavin.
