blob image display issue

I Uploaded the images through file browse and save it to the table(Upld_files).That saved images are selected through the modal dialog box and saved in the another table (dashbord_images) with URL.This URL is used in the another region. But the image is displayed within the same session.When I log out and login again.Images are not showing.
