You should be able to use multi column numeric or all data, set the driver dimension to entity, for example
More details on the set up in More to life...: Loading non-numeric data to planning using FDMEE which is based on multi column all data but it follows the same logic if using multi column numeric.
First of all it would help to detail what you have tried in your original post, it also helps to look at the process logs to see the errors being generated.
Finally why does it need to be all data type because from your screenshot it is numeric data.
Here is a simple example with multi column numeric

the FDM did not want to apply the file its faild on import step i used a CSV comma delimited and tested TXT file also the same error , is there any recommended format for the file
As a test just create the file in a text editor instead of excel, look at the example I used, simple, it works.
