The log file is /u01/appcrp1/CRP1/fs_ne/EBSapps/log/adop/19/20171108_015316/prepare/orar12/adConfigChanges.log
/u01/appcrp1/CRP1/fs1/inst/apps/CRP1_orar12/appl/admin/cutover directory not found, so configuration changes cannot be detected.
The directory may have been deleted intentionally or accidentally. Or, if this is the first adop cycle, the directory will only be created after cutover.
Without this directory, the configuration changes will be propagated to the patch file system forcefully.

I see above WARNING listed below:
1. [WARNING] MTCC has not been run. Apply Patch 17537119 and run checkMTpatch.sh.
2. [WARNING]: There could be issues while validating the ports used for E-Business Suite instance against ports used in /etc/services. Refer the log file for more details.
3. [WARNING]: Either some of the required entries in /etc/hosts file might be missing (e.g. localhost or hostname) OR the file /etc/hosts could not be read.
Is it okay not to apply patch 17537119 and still my patch will succeed?
How do I correct item #2?
What is missing in #2? I can read the /etc/hosts file as appl owner.
